Start with our online request form or contact us at 709-401-1939 or info@tlcworks.ca. Tell us what you’d like to change, what isn’t working and any ideas you already have. Photos are helpful, but you don’t need a finished plan to get started.

Written Quote & Approval
You’ll receive a written quote outlining the proposed work, materials and pricing. We’ll answer your questions and discuss any adjustments so you understand what’s included.
Once you approve the scope and meet any deposit requirements, we can move into planning and scheduling. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before we proceed.

Installation & Progress Updates
Our crew arrives ready to carry out the agreed work, with attention to preparation, workmanship and your property.

Aftercare & Ongoing Service
New landscaping needs the right care to establish and stay looking its best. We’ll explain the next steps for your project, whether that means watering fresh sod or maintaining your pavers.

Where needed, we’ll arrange a visit to understand your property and discuss suitable options. We look beyond the finished appearance to consider the preparation and site conditions that affect the work.

Before work begins, we coordinate the details needed for your project.

- Confirming responsibility for utility locating or specialist input.
- Discussing access, parking and work areas.
- Coordinating the expected start date.
Outdoor work depends on weather and site conditions. We’ll keep you informed if these affect your schedule.

Final Review & Cleanup
Once the work is complete, we’ll review the finished project with you and address any outstanding items within the agreed scope.
- Walk through the completed work.
- Remove remaining job materials and debris.
- Explain watering and maintenance care.
- Ask for your feedback.
